Logging In to the Facilitron Works and FIT Apps
This article shows Order Administrators, Order Processors, Order Approvers, Order Originators, and Maintenance Technicians how to log in to the Facilitron Works app. These login instructions can also be used by Inspectors logging in to the Facilitron FIT app.
Logging in to Works or FIT
If you don’t have the Facilitron Works or FIT app, you can download the one you need from the Apple store, or from the Google Play store here.
To log in, tap "Login", then sign in with your usual username and password used when signing in to the Facilitron Works desktop application (maintenance.facilitron.com).
If you're logging in to the Facilitron FIT app, the login screen should look like this:

Enter the username associated with SSO or SAML login.
Then, you’ll have the opportunity to select the correct user. Below is the example for Google SSO with email addresses redacted. For SAML users, you can login on the SAML login page and you’ll be re-directed to open the app.
